• Can you frame my __________?
  • Just about anything you can bring in to us we can frame. We've done wedding dresses, shotguns, vodka bottles. We're even working on framing a pair of Serge Ibaka's signed shoes right now. We love coming up with creative solutions to display and preserve unique pieces.
• How much does it cost to frame __________?
  • ​This is probably our most common phone call. Unfortunately it is incredibly difficult to give an accurate quote without seeing the item(s) we are framing. The variance in cost from one frame to the next can be dramatic. Different matting, glass, and even the type of mounting involved can change the cost of an order. We don't want to give you an inaccurate quote so it is always best to bring the piece into our store, let us help you design your project and we can give you an accurate quote on the spot. Estimates are always free.
• How soon can you frame my  __________?
  • ​Our normal turn around is 2 1/2 weeks. For projects that involve extra labor (stitching down a jersey, mounting several medals in a shadow box, hand cut openings) it usually runs an extra week.
• Can I get my order sooner?
  • Usually. If you are willing to pay for expedited shipping of materials and rush labor we almost always accommodate an earlier deadline. Even though our normal turn around is 2 1/2 weeks we do keep a stock of a few different frames and mat boards.
• Can you make a plaque for my project?
  • We don't have engraving equipment in our store but we have a local engraver we have worked with for over 20 years. We also have a myriad of options available to display information in your project that serve the same purpose as an engraved plate. 3-D bevels, v-grooves, and debossing are just some options. One of the most enjoyable parts of our job is finding creative ways to complete your project.
